Supporting Harrison Systems in Organisations
We train consultants, coaches and organisations in the use of Harrison Assessments, and support its use in their practice or organisation. We consult on an individual basis, or join our master classes in using Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions to develop talent, fit people to jobs, automate succession planning, assist career planning, and engage employees.
- An interactive and team-based workshop based on Harrison Assessments' concept of Paradoxical Leadership. Twelve paradoxes are explored in depth to identify team strengths that can be leveraged and gaps that can be managed or developed.
- A program for individuals or teams that assesses the 10 critical elements of leadership and builds competency. This program is suitable for aspiring, emerging and senior leaders.
